Stolen Memories

Well as I said I would try and get the other photos from my birthday meal up on this blog, this has been halted by the most heinous of acts. Let me tell you what happened,

A few days after my birthday my friends decided to go out clubbing. This involved taking her £300 mobile/digital camera. Brand new and I have to say a great looking phone! Very very nice! While in the club her phone was taken by another club remember, the bouncers tried but were of little help. So not only was my friends gorgeous little phone been stolen, not only have I know lost the second set of photographs from my birthday meal BUT THE Cheeky little S-O-A-B’s answered the phone when my friend phoned her phone and they blaged down the phone how they had stolen her phone and that they were on the motor way, laughing and jeering down the phone.

Now this incident lead to a little conversation with another friend, we talked about the new software you can get that will lock down the phone when stolen and also a few upgrades we came up with like:

• Turn the mobile phone into a handheld explosive, dial a number and let the thief’s have it!
• My favourite was that the phone can be like a hand held stunner and so when your phone is stolen you dial a number and they get a nasty shock, like a 1000 volts into there hands!

Anyway that’s my mown for today J

And to all those thief’s out there, I hope there is such a thing called Karma and I hope you get you just deserts!

Birthday bash

That time of year people love has come around and gone again. The Birthday arrived on the 11^th November. This year I was 23! 23 god what a waste of time! If humans had not stared using calendars I would of sworn that it only been 17 turns of the sun.

Anyhow, me and a couple of friends (think there was 11 in the end) went to a Chinese restaurant and had a all you can eat meal. Two people (No names mentioned) seemed to do better than others by the amount they could eat J I only managed two plates and one pudding and felt hard done by because of it! Still think I might have been able to do better.

This was then followed on by a quick drink lasting two hours at the L8 Bar. Her Stuart and his girlfriend meet up with us. 4 beers and 2 cocktails later I was on the water (which was the best tasting water I’ve had for ages!) and felt like an early night. So I left there with Sarah, Sarah and Sam and got back onto campus at around 12.20.

Big Thanks You to Amy, Jess, Sarah.W, Bob, Ellie, Tom, Becky, Sarah.H, Sarah.T and Sam for paying for the meal and the many drink bought that night! Your time will come when I can pay you back for the generosity and the embarrassment of singing Happy birthday to a packed restaurant!!

A Mid-Summers Monday

Yes its that time of the year again when the old unhealthy looking face of mine must make the effort to leave my hermits cave and venture into the world with smart cloths on, and a money in my pocket.

In all fairness having fun while out is a 50/50 chance. And this night was fun! First stop is the bar a very long walk away! Then NB’s, with their rock effect walls, gargoyles that guard the doors (only kidding guys!) and the ones on the walls. Takes with huge fish in that are either stones or drunk and about three bars! I tell you know if I was to buy a bar that would be the one! Anyway from there onto good old time and Envy that is now Lava and Ignite. With a little re-furb is looks better than eve. Apart from the addition of a little black man in the toilet wanting you to pay £1 for the privilege of washing your hand! First time I did not mind as its how he is getting his money BUT the second time I said no, I was leaving straight after! But just as I went to put my hands under the tap he got me! So I had to pay! Anyway here is a couple of photos from that night.
