I really can’t write much about today to be honest. My very good friend Rj is ill and at home, miles away from uni so its not like I can go visit. Cathy my good Aussie chum has not emailed me L in what seems like ages, I think this may be my fault some how. Maybe its because I don’t email her enough. I’ve tried texting as well but that did’ant work. And now as I look through a few blogs I keep an eye on only one seems to be running. The little cricket blogs not changed in weeks, possibility months. But at least Diane Duane’s blog is always running!! Got to love that women’s books and if you have not heard of them they are called the young wizard series but Mrs Duane also writes star trek and other famous books!! Check her out the link is on my blog down the right hand side! Also the ‘I hate my flat mate’ blog which had finished seems to be up and running again! I thought the guy that writes it had moved out or the flat mate had improved but maybe I’m wrong!

Well I better get on with something as enrolment is only 4/5 days away! God it makes me wonder what I might of done in a past life to make this life so hard!

Science Club.

Starting from next week I’m back in Milton Primary school running a lunch time science club. Hope fully I can interest the students in science while having some fun things for them to make and do. It will be open to all year 6 because the head Teacher Mrs Roberts thinks this will be ideal as a revision for them before they sit their SATS year!

There are a number of different topics that can be covered by here are some that I can think of off the top of my head,

• Reactions – Making a exploding volcano.
• Density of liquids – why oild floats on water and making a sort of lava light!
• Ooze – I really don’t know where that fits in with the subjects but it really looks fun!

As I find these web sites I will endeavour to put them in a new section on my blog. This is because a lot of them can be done at home (with supervision of course!). In fact I have a few all ready so I will try and post them now.

This and that.

I thought as I’m finding it increasing difficult to get on the internet and load the web pages needed to write my blog I would try and use one of their services they provide. The serive is an email one, I write my blog into an email and email it to a special address only I can send to and hopefully it should appear on my blog! Now I don’t know if this also includes being able to put photo’s in it (which I will test in this blog).

Now it would be a waste of time to write all this and not put something worth reading in this so what can I talk about? Hmmmm well I can confirm that I can go back to university on the 25^th September and I have spoken to friends confirming this BUT the university have FAILED to send out important information such as book lists and enrolment dates! Three weeks till we can move back and they have failed to provide this essential information to us!

Also in 5 days is a huge party/celebration that I will be attending. My lovely little sister is celebrating her 21^st in style. She has rented out a room at the local football stadium. With nearly 180 people coming this party is huge by our and anyones standards. Guests include her friends and family. Both sides of the Fox and Price family has been invited and many are staying in our home! A tight squeeze. Well I will see if this works and if it proves worthwhile then this could mean that there could shortly be a lot more posts by me.
